Torching regime symbols in various cities on the anniversary of the anti-monarchy revolution
On Friday evening, February 3, the 141st night of the nationwide uprising, residents in various neighborhoods of Tehran, including Narmak, Sohrvardi, Shahrak Bagheri, Shahrziba, and Shahrak Nagin Gharb, chanted slogans such as “Death to bloodthirsty Khamenei,” “Death to the dictator,” “Death to child-killer rulers,” “Death to the rule of execution” and “Death to the Supreme Leader after many long years of crimes” from their balconies and rooftops.

Defiant youths in Sanandaj staged nightly demonstrations chanting “Death to Khamenei” and “Death to the dictator” and block the road by lighting fire. On Friday, people and worshipers in Sanandaj protested the abduction of Sunni clerics, Ebrahim Karimi and Luqman Amini, by gathering outside the Nanle Mosque chanting “Death to the dictator” and “Death to the agent” and demanded their release.

The activities of defiant youths continued on the eve of the anniversary of the anti-monarchy revolution in 1979. The state banners and pictures of Ruhollah Khomeini and Ali Khamenei were set on fire and destroyed by the youths in Tehran’s Imam Ali highway, Mashhad, Nowshahr, Shush, Somesara, Nikshahr, Yazd, Qazvin, Hamedan, and Kermanshah.
