Leaked Documents Expose Iran Regime’s Terrorism Export and Security Priorities

A series of highly classified documents obtained by the dissident group GhiyamtaSarnegouni from the Iranian regime’s presidential servers has shed light on Tehran’s priorities regarding terrorism export and bolstering its security apparatus. The first document, a confidential letter by the chief of staff of President Ebrahim Raisi, reveals a “special arrangement” aimed at facilitating the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and its extraterritorial Quds Force in sending alleged humanitarian aid to Syria. Notably, it is important to highlight that the IRGC has previously exploited its Mahan Air to smuggle weapons and terrorists into Syria, masquerading these activities as assistance for the Syrian people.

The second and third documents pertain to the regime’s endeavors to increase the wages of employees within the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS).

These leaked documents provide damning evidence about the regime’s deceptive tactics, as demonstrated by the exploitation of humanitarian aid channels to further its nefarious agendas. Furthermore, the revelations regarding the wage increase efforts within the MOIS shed light on the regime’s prioritization of bolstering its intelligence and security capabilities. These findings demand heightened international scrutiny and decisive action to address Tehran’s destabilizing activities.

In 2023, if the amounts received by the employees of the Ministry of Information, after applying the security bonuses, do not exceed the average annual net payment from continuous and non-continuous salaries and benefits, as outlined in Part (8), Clause (A), Note (2) of the 2022-2023 Budget Law for the entire country, the mentioned extras will be exempted from the specified ceiling.
This resolution was prepared in the form of an article and signed by the members of the Salary Council.

Referring to letter number 5251/M, dated April 25, 2023, regarding the request from the honorable commander of Tharullah camp in Tehran for provisions related to cultural activities, I would like to inform you that the budget bill of the year 1402 for the entire country, under row number “111600” titled “For Allah’s Satisfaction,” allocates funds for social and cultural activities. Additionally, row number 111352, titled “Noor Rabie,” provides appropriations for the missions of the IRGC provincial command.

Therefore, the IRGC provincial command, including the mentioned camp, can use the allocated funds to carry out the respective activities.
