The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Saturday, February 5, 2022, that the COVID-19 death toll in 547 cities has surpassed 502,900. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 117,435, Khorasan Razavi 40,455, Isfahan 34,900, Khuzestan 30,315, Fars 19,090, West Azerbaijan 18,953, East Azerbaijan 17,398, Gilan 17,390, Lorestan 16,600, Qom 13,525, Golestan 10,925, Kermanshah 9,394, Hamedan 9,308, Yazd 8,343, Bushehr 5,629, Zanjan 4,850, South Khorasan 4,486, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 3,900.
