Baluch Prisoner Sentenced To Hang in Public
The mullahs’ regime judiciary hanged three prisoners named Farshad Nematzadeh, Mehdi Shirchian, and Eshaqi in Amol Central Prison on Wednesday, May 18, and a prisoner named Khalil Rezaeipour in Qom Central Prison the day before. On Saturday, May 14, a Baluch prisoner named Mohammad Bameri was hanged in Iranshahr Prison. With the execution of this Baluch prisoner, eight prisoners were executed in Sistan and Baluchestan Province in a week (May 7-14).

On Wednesday, May 18, regime courts in Khorasan Razavi Province sentenced Dariush Rahimi, 32, to death in public for the murder of a State Security Force agent. This is the fourth public execution since the beginning of this Iranian year.

Last week, in its great campaign to disclose information on the regime’s judiciary, the Security and Counterterrorism Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) unmasked facts, including the shocking list of 5,370 prisoners sentenced to death in the regime’s prisons.

The Iranian Resistance urges the United Nations and all human rights authorities and the European Union and its member states to condemn the criminal executions in Iran and take immediate action to save the lives of thousands of death row prisoners.
