The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Friday, May 21, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 542 cities had exceeded 294,800. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 68,756, Isfahan 19,580, Khuzestan 18,324, Khorasan Razavi 17,995, East Azerbaijan 12,073, Lorestan 11,930, Mazandaran 11,925, West Azerbaijan 11,028 Fars 9,692,, Alborz 8,188, Golestan 7,170, Kerman 6,603, Kermanshah 5,818, Kurdistan 5,072, Khorasan North 4,288, Hormozgan 3,480, and South Khorasan 2,761.
