Iraj Harirchi, regime’s Deputy Health Minister: “For every Coronavirus death, there are 200 to 1,000 others that are infected. We have an average of 200,000 patients relative to the daily 400 who die.” (Hamshahri daily, November 23, 2020)

The number of victims in Tehran is 40,741, Khorasan Razavi 11,885, Isfahan 9,365, Khuzestan 9,010, Lorestan 6,865, East Azerbaijan 6,404, West Azerbaijan 5,855, Gilan 5,666, Fars 4,557, Alborz 4,440, Sistan and Baluchestan 4,181, Hamedan 4,150, Golestan 4,121, Kermanshah 3,583, Central Province 3,198, Kerman 2,984, Yazd 2,887, Khorasan North 2,633, Semnan 2,454, Hormozgan 1,830, South Khorasan 1,481, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad 1,169.
