London Church voices solidarity with Camp Ashraf
As part of a global campaign in solidarity with Camp Ashraf, Iraq, where 3,400 Iranian dissidents reside, a ceremony was held at St. Mark’s Church in London where supporters of the Iranian resistance and relatives of Ashraf residents in the UK exposed crimes committed by the clerical regime against the Iranian people and Camp Ashraf.
After a sermon, Reverend Roger Gayler talked about Ashraf and the valuable role played by the camp’s residents in inspiring the Iranian people who are under the clutches of the mullahs.
Widespread dissatisfaction in Iraq dims al-Maliki's chances of holding premiership
Growing protests by the people of Iraq against the chaotic status quo are being interpreted as a sign of the entrenched dissatisfaction in society against Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, which could pave the way for the formation of a new government.

Ezzat Shabandar said in an interview with al-Hurra that the Iranian regime’s meddling in Iraqi politics and security is not a secret. The regime wants to shape the politics of Iraq in accordance with its own agenda and interests, he said.
Iran: Political prisoner Osanlou sentenced to additional year in prison
A prominent political prisoner and union activist in Iran has been sentenced to another year in prison by the Iranian regime on fabricated charges.
On Wednesday, Harana news agency reported that Mansour Osanlou, the head of the Greater Tehran Bus Company Syndicate, was tried in the city of Karaj and sentenced to a year in prison.
The Iranian regime continues to commit crimes in various prisons
A number of prisoners were injured on Tuesday after the Iranian regime’s prison guards at Gohardasht prison attacked Hall no. 17, and beat a number of inmates while depriving them of the limited services available to them.
Prison guards forced prisoners to remain outside under the Sun for hours. When one of the inmates spoke out in protest, he was badly beaten by the guards.
Congress plans to list Iranian Arab TV station as terrorist sponsor, regime media outlets say
The American Congress is planning to list an Arab speaking TV station tied to the Iranian on the list of sponsors of terrorism, according to state-run Raja News on Wednesday.
State-run media say the network, al-Alam, will appear on the list of supporters of terrorism once the proposal has been accepted by Congress. The US Treasury Secretary has ordered the network’s assets held by American banks to be frozen.
Iranian Activists Face Execution as "Enemies of God"
VOA - Human rights groups and the families of a number of Iranian opposition activists condemned to death as "enemies of God" are warning that their loved ones may soon be hanged after their sentences were recently confirmed by Iran's supreme court.
The Iranian government has come under scrutiny once again for its human rights record, as political prisoners condemned for being so-called "enemies of God," or mohareb, appear to be nearing the gallows.

Mansour Laqai, who was a regime agent to advance Tehran’s policies in Australia, was expelled from the country after Canberra flagged him as a security threat.
Convicted terrorists in US admit to ties with Tehran
An American newspaper has reported that two men currently on trial for planning terrorist attacks in Manhattan have had ties with the Iranian regime. According to the paper, one of them admitted he felt bound to implement religious decrees issued by the Iranian regime’s leaders.
Examiner wrote on August 5, “Two suspects were convicted in Manhattan for a terrorism conspiracy that revealed ties to Iran and Venezuela.”
