The Association of Exiled Iranian Societies in Germany, supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI, Mujahedin-e Khalq or MEK) wrote a letter to Dr. Angela Merkel, Germany’s Chancellor, and urged her and the members of Germany’s Bundestag to condemn the Iranian regime’s criminal cover-up of the coronavirus outbreak in Iran.

Since the coronavirus outbreak, the Iranian regime’s cover-up, lying and inaction has caused the disease to spread rapidly throughout Iran, and more than 11,000 Iranians to this day have lost their lives because of the virus. Despite having huge financial and logistical resources, the Iranian regime does not take any serious measures to help Iranians diagnosed with the coronavirus.
