Resistance Units in Tabriz, Iran, broadcast anti-regime chants on Sunday, June 5, 2022, the anniversary of Khomeini’s death in Eynali Park at 9:20 pm local time. The chants included, “No to the Shah, no to the mullahs, I am for the people,” “Death to Khamenei, viva Rajavi,” “The clerical regime must be overthrown,” and “Death to the principle of the supreme leader,”. They also broadcast excerpts of speeches by leaders of the Iranian Resistance about the inevitability of the regime’s downfall and called for the regime’s overthrow.
