According to the Universities of Medical Sciences: In the past 24 hours, 38 people died in Isfahan Province due to COVID-19, 27 in Fars Province, and 15 in Alborz Province. These figures include only those who had died in hospitals and had tested positive. (Mehr, May 14, 2021)
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Friday, May 14, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 541 cities is more than 288,200. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 66,981, Isfahan 19,050, Khuzestan 17,799, Khorasan Razavi 17,690, East Azerbaijan 11,773, Mazandaran 11,765, Lorestan 11,735, West Azerbaijan 10,728, Gilan 9,851, Qom 9,460, Fars 9,307, Alborz 7,848, Kermanshah 5,724, Hormozgan 3,365, and Zanjan 3,170.
