Two people will soon have their hands cut off in the northeastern city of Mashhad, according to the regime’s prosecutor in the city.

The state-run daily Khorasan quoted Mahmoud Zoqi on Thursday as saying, “The two hand amputation rulings will soon be implemented.”

The deputy commander of the regime’s State Security Forces (SSF) has announced special plans for 13 provinces in order to intimidate protestors and counter popular demonstrations against the regime.

Ahmad-Reza Radan also grudgingly added that last year’s uprisings prevented the SSF from carrying out many of its plans.

The deputy chief of the Iranian regime’s judiciary has admitted that there are many cases within the mullahs’ judiciary in which witnesses are bribed to testify falsely in court.

Hossein Karimi told the state-run Mehr news agency on Sunday in an interview that, “Some people are currently sitting around courts and agree to testify falsely in return for money.”

During the 2009 mass uprisings by the Iranian people, suppressive forces like the Bassij “came to the scene with all their might and did their utmost to protect” the regime, the head of the state-run TV and Radio, Ezatollah Zarghami, said on Saturday.
