Camp Ashraf military occupation – NO.75
Sadeq Larijani, head of Iranian regime’s judiciary, thanked Nouri al-Maliki for his crime against PMOI members in Ashraf saying, “We thank the Iraqi government and military that although with some delay, they finally decided to expel the PMOI from Iraq. This was the least request of Iran and we expect that leaders of the PMOI would face trial for drenching our youth in blood and for martyring our leaders; thereby paving the way for the return of the deceived individual to the kindness of the Islamic Republic.” (Iranian state media – April 20, 2011)
Expression of gratitude by Larijani, the latest in a series of appreciations expressed by leaders of the clerical regime, demonstrates that:
Firstly – All of the suppressive measures by Nouri al-Maliki and forces under his command against PMOI members in Ashraf, including the crime against humanity of April 8 and the making up of bogus dossiers against the PMOI, has been realized through an abuse of Iraq’s judicial system. In addition, the decision by the so called Council of Ministers of Iraq regarding the expulsion of the PMOI from Iraq was upon orders issued by Khamenei and his faltering regime.
Secondly – This regime and its leaders, together with their proxies in Iraq such as Nouri al-Maliki, are determined to continue this ghastly crime and carry out a new massacre in Ashraf.
Prior to remarks by the head henchman of the judicial system, other regime’s authorities including the speaker of the parliament, the foreign minister, Khamenei’s military advisor, and commanders of the IRGC had expressed their gratitude towards Maliki in similar statements requesting a continuation of the suppression and massacre of the PMOI.
