NCRI - Agents of the Iranian regime's Qods Force and Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) continued to threaten Ashraf residents all night long on Friday by using 30 loud speakers at the Camp's main gate. Their anti-human act has deprived Ashraf residents, especially those hospitalized patients of any rest. The disturbances has created very difficult situation for the patients at the hospital which is located near Ashraf entrance.

The agents used to leave the camp's entrance at midnight and would return early in the morning to continue the psychological torture of Ashraf residents. But following the Friday's ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals in opposition to the U.S. terror designation of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran that has angered MOIS, the agents have been decided to continue their acts of psychological torture of Ashraf residents round the clock.

Moreover, simultaneous with the pull out of American Forces from Ashraf, the regime MOIS and its terrorist Qods Force have tried to increase the number of agents at the Camp's entrance.

Since February 8, the Iranian regime with the full support of al-Maliki's government and the Iraqi committee in charge of suppression of Ashraf has dispatched a number of its agents to the camp's entrance while disguised as members of families of Ashraf residents. They have been threatening the residents with torture, setting fire to the camp and killing using some 30 powerful speakers. The moves are considered as clear examples of crime against humanity.

The Iranian Resistance calls on the United Nations Secretary General, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General for Iraq as well as U.S. officials and commanders in Iraq who have the responsibility for the protection of Ashraf to take urgent measures to bring an end to psychological torture of  unarmed and defenceless residents of Ashraf
