On Friday, a popular satellite television network run by volunteer Iranian expatriates began its 21st public campaign to raise funding for its annual operations. The network, known in Farsi as Simay Azadi and in English as Iran National Television, reaches an audience inside Iran via satellite receiver equipment that is illegal to own or operate in the country. In spite of this restriction, millions of Iranians reportedly defy the ban, even re-acquiring such equipment after mass confiscation efforts by government authorities.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and its affiliated militia are making every effort to breach the ceasefire and resume killing innocent people on the orders of the Iranian regime's supreme leader Ali Khamenei. The IRGC, its militia and the Assad Army continued their criminal attacks in Wadi Barada, northwest of Damascus, on Thursday and Friday (December 29 and 30) in a bid to rekindle the war.
The Iranian Resistance's President-elect Maryam Rajavi said, "It is a national catastrophe with rare precedent in Iran's history, when the poor and drug addicts take shelter in cemeteries around the capital."
She blamed the ruling clerical regime and the criminal, unscrupulous mullahs for this tragedy and added,

The tragic situation of grave sleepers in Iran is another result of the disastrous rule of the clerical regime, in a country which sits on an ocean of oil. Iran, one of the most resourceful and richest countries in the world, currently is in such a miserable condition that some of its people have to sleep in open graves at night.
